Idaho is making it Mandatory that Realtors, Real Estate Brokers have an office and be available to write up offers at any given moment.
If not well then you don’t get to be a Real Estate Broker in Idaho. This, to me, is a sign that the Association of Realtors is pressuring the State Board that Regulates Real Estate licensing, into making it harder for non-Realtors and Realtors who have online brokerages, or are multi-state brokerages and give you the same or better service then you local Realtor, making it illegal - impossible for these folks to Stay in Business. Idaho is also a State that has mandatory E an O insurance which, to me is Real Estate Fraud at a very high level.
The E and O insurance is to protect the Realtor and is not “intended” to protect the Real Estate Consumer. So why in the world would your State Governing Body that regulates the Real Estate Licensee make it Mandatory for your “Realtor” to have E and O Insurance. To me, this is serious corruption and downright fraud. And many states are following suite. Your State Real Estate Board, or Real Estate Commission, whatever your State Calls it, they are pushed around, strong armed and well, in my opinion CONTROLLED by the Association of Realtors.
And they saying being a Realtor is not Mandatory.
The Only way to STOP all of this bad stuff happening to the Real Estate Consumer is to STOP using a Realtor to Sell your Real Estate.

Your post is a Fraud and a lie, Errors and Omissions is the only protection your consumers "Buyers & Sellers" have in certain situations. You obviously don't understand the concept of Insurance. It should be a requirement for practice in every state. This would benifit the consumer, and us as professionals. Oh and by the way, how does it feel to be attacked? I know I don't like it.

Hi Folks, Confessions of a Realtor - Broker Owner Here, I have an Email direct from my E and O insurance Provider that says my insurance is not intended to protect my clients. What I say about E and O insurance is Absolutely True. I have seen and been in lawsuits where the E an O insurance has enabled the Realtor to lie and keep the REAL victim in court for years. I have had several real estate attorneys tell me that my E and O insurance is to protect me and Not My Buyers and Sellers. Rudy McCormick is Flat Out Wrong in this and obviously is VERY inexperienced in the Truth about Real Estate. And must have never seen a lawsuit with an E and O insurance provider involved. Rudy says that "Errors and Omissions is the only protection your consumers "Buyers & Sellers" have in certain situations" this is Flat Out WRONG. the E and O insurance DOES not protect buyers and sellers PERIOD. Do your homework, if you want to TRUST folks like Rudy McCormick, go ahead, see what happens.. My buyers and sellers are in no way protected by me or by my E and O insurance. I have seen this in action big time, with major proof that the REALTOR lied, failed to disclose and the Seller flat out lied and failed to disclose. If you must believe Rudy McCormick. You go on ahead...
