I too am a victim of real estate fraud. I am approaching the 2 year mark in a lawsuit against a realtor who did not disclose material facts known to her. $20,000 to date in attorney fees, and the E&O Insurance Company is going to fight every step of the way. Jury Trial date is set for next year, we are very anxious to tell our story to them. If anyone else has sued a realtor for fraud or non disclosure and went to court I would like to hear about their experience.
I understand, Lawsuits are no fun. And oftentimes the Real Estate Attorney simply keeps you in the dark on the whole process, or goes for a law that benefits them most. I say Expose that Realtor and post your proof online. The Attorney would say Shhhh don't do that it may hurt your case, which is always a lie, because the more pressure you put on the Realtor the better right. The More Truth you get out there to help other consumers, the better right? Jury Trial, well Judges, Pay Offs, Corruptions, Politics.. you may be shocked at how it plays out.. and if you Settle you still may have to keep quiet about what happened to you and therefore other consumers will fall into the same trap. I have seen many sue, and no one get as far as to win. Many get a Jury Trial, get HUGE punitive but no one makes the Criminal Pay, they hide assets, go bankrupt, and well a judge can even over turn a million dollar jury trial judgment, I have seen it.. So.. Get your Life Back as Fast as you Can.. it don't get easier...
