The Real Estate Lawyers tell you if you blog about, talk about, expose your case then it could hurt your case and when it turns out NOT to be TRUE who cares right the case is over and you settled and signed that you would not talk about it. This is to protect the "Realtors" and the Real Estate industry. They don't want you the Public to know about all these lawsuits that really happen so they find a way to silence the parties to the lawsuit.
