just by it, make payments to the Seller, trade houses,
pay in gold or silver, work for the Seller...

Yes sounds like nonsense. The point is
we have gotten to far away from the
Seller Selling and the Buyer Buying that
the Real Estate Consumer has no way to win,
to be at peace, and to simply enjoy living in their real estate.

The Real Estate Associations and State Commission are not protecting the Real Estate Consumer, many think that is not true, but I have seen it for a decade now and continue to see it daily. There is constant NAR lobbying that hurts the real estate consumer, there is a constant pushing for new laws, or to keep banks out of real estate, or mandatory E and O insurance as well as an on going battle for NAR to continuing claiming that they own the information on your SOLD Data. It is your Blood Sweat and Tears but they Claim to Own it.

You chose to work with them, it is your money, the Lender Loaned the Money but the Realtor supposedly owns the Listing and SOLD Data, How Can this Possibly BE?

Title Companies don't protect You, they really can't in the current system. Banks and Lenders don't protect you, they knew you were paying way to much and you would eventually lose everything, they let it happen - there is tons of proof of this.
