Is it Really "optional" to Be a NAR Member?

Not unless you want to be Boycotted, Run Out of Businesses.. Kept from Advertising in those Local Glossy Shiny Real Estate Magazines.

The State Real Estate Board tells you that being a member of the National Association of Realtors is NOT Mandatory.. however if I am a NAR member as your "Supervising Broker" then you "have to be" according to the local mls..

on Real Estate Brokers at every turn if you are NOT a "Realtor" ...

NAR Brokers tell their agents to be Careful if they feel they must work with you .. with me as a Non-NAR member.. gee she won't pay .. ya .. she don't have to.. and this Of Course is BULL.. all the agent has to do is put in a Form for the commission in the Offer.. so this Scare Tactic.. yet another way to Boycott me as a Non-NAR real estate broker.. YET "they" saying it is "optional" to be a NAR Member..

a bit more on the Commission thing.. see.. even as a NAR member.. I tell the Title Company what Commission "I OFFER" to the Selling Agent.. it is Called the SOC.. so I can offer whatever I want.. and well they can't really make me pay.. oh they can take me to the phone bologna arbitration at the local NAR Cronie Club.. but still I don't have to pay.. So the Form.. the Extra added addendum.. is wise either way.. Really and should NOT be yet another Reason to Boycott NON-NAR Realtors...

being a NAR member may be actually "Optional" but not "practical" unless of Course your ME and Want to Make a Grand Stand for the Real Estate Consumer.. and Go ahead and take the Boycott.. the constant slams.. and well attacks for going against the Super Power NAR...

What about those Magic Lock Boxes.. Can't get in if your NOT a Realtor... ?

How about Real Estate Forms.. well those "Standard Real Estate Forms" that are ONLY to protect Realtors FROM Real Estate Consumers.. well they are ONLY for NAR members and States do not necessarily provide forms.. so you as a NON-NAR Broker are SOL..

They back you into a corner at every turn to MAKE you join.. and they have Conflict of Interest Cartel with Zipforms ... NAR always Wins.. You always LOSE..

I have been a Broker owner for over a Decade now.. and you can Spit Fire at me all you like.. I was on the insdie as an OWNER.. of a non-franchise Real Estate Company and well I am Telling YOU the Truth.. whether you Believe it or NOT certainly does not change the TRUTH..

The National Association of Realtors pushes Non-Realtors out of Business.. they use lockboxes.. many Associations MAKE you be a NAR member to join their "MLS" - and YES I believe the MLS should be a "Public Utility" it is YOUR DATA...

The National Association of Realtors sits down at meetings with State Officials to "Discuss" "Mandatory E and O" insurance and gee do they have to Disclose who makes MONEY from that.. ?? well the Billionaires at NAR do of Course.. and Yet PROVIDE no Consumer Protection in Real Estate and DO not hold Realtors accountable for HARM that they KNOW is done to Real Estate Consumers..

Does the National Association of Realtors DISCLOSE any Conflict of Interest at ALL? Connections to or Ownership in Title Companies, Mortgage Companies, Realogy, Cendant.. ?? Does NAR let you know what they Lobby For and WHY?

What about the Scam of Tax Credits for Home Buyers?

Is the National Association of Realtors LIABLE at all for their Chief Economist telling Real Estate Consumers.. over It is a Great Time to Buy and Here is Why?

How Come MLS Data is NEVER - Ever Monitored for Accuracy YET All Mortgages.. Lenders.. use the data for Asset Appraisal which is.. Was the Foundation for Our Economy which DUH collapsed .. and well the Big Players new it was coming and hid their Ass-ETS.. YOU, The Real Estate Consumer Loses... Every Single Time..

My Montana Real Estate MANDATORY Course For Supervising Brokers.. which means a Broker that Has Agents Under Their "Supervision" - Well this Course AGAIN this Year .. that I HAVE TO TAKE.. not Elective.. well this Montana Continuing Education Course Plugs the Cartel Known as Realogy.. which is Also known as Apollo.. or Cendant.. - They want you to Join.. and Guess what they own part of Realtor.com - Which Uses YOUR Real Estate Listing as Content for their WEBSITES so they can sell OTHER stuff.. like books.. magazines.. mortgages.. title insurance..

The Mandatory Brokerage Class.. Just Like the School I took to Be A Broker.. I Learned NOTHING about What YOU really NEED me to KNOW in order to Protect You...

Lettin' ya know you can join these companies and Buy a Franchise.. wonder how much the Continuing Education Provider Got for Plugging this "Franchise Opportunity?"

SHOULD a Continuing Education Provider HAVE to Disclose who Owns their Parent Company, Who Pays to Plug PRODUCT in your SUPPOSED Eduction to Continue Serving the Real Estate Public Better...

Continuing Education Online is a Joke.. I am sorry but really folks you need your Real Estate Broker to be able to protect you and they cannot.. even when I see you being Harmed.. NAR ignored me..

These "Mandatory" Classes should teach ME more of what to do to really protect you instead of Plugging more money for the NAR Cronies such as Realogy - Apollo - Cendant..
